Introduction
About Me
I'm a clinical dietitian currently working for a regional food bank after having seen patients in an outpatient setting for URMC for more than 6 years. I am adept at treating clinical patients, building nutrition programs, running cooking classes (and a school at Whole Foods in Colorado) and helping individuals and families meet their health goals.
I'm a busy working mom who feeds her family and navigates real world obstacles just like most folks do when it comes to health. Let's figure out what your health journey might look like and begin!
